About Allison Norris.
Founder and CEO, Allison Norris began her career as a dental hygienist. She spent over a decade in clinical practice before realizing she was drawn to the business and growth side of dentistry. Early in her career, a sales rep invited her to help launch a new program, and she went on to spearhead that initiative across the Southeast, training dentists, specialists, and hygiene teams along the way.​
Those relationships opened the door to consulting, where she coached hygiene teams and advised practices on operations and performance, eventually leaving clinical dentistry to join eAssist so she could work remotely with her young family. There, she proactively pitched and helped build a consulting division, then later joined an orthodontic tech startup as Director of Business Development.
When that startup role abruptly ended, Allison faced a major career low point but it became the catalyst for her next chapter. After a period of doubt and burnout, she decided to build something of her own: a niche, non-clinical recruiting agency that would give dental professionals real options beyond the operatory and help companies hire with true industry understanding. That decision became The Dentele Group, now nationally recognized as a leading partner for non-clinical recruiting and a champion for career evolution in dentistry.
