We are seeking strong Treatment Plan Coordinators / Front Office Coordinators who can confidently manage patient communication, insurance verification, scheduling, and treatment presentation while helping drive an exceptional patient experience.


Position Overview

This is not a traditional “basic front desk” role. We are looking for individuals who can confidently support the patient journey from start to finish — including treatment coordination, financial conversations, insurance understanding, and case acceptance.

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, confident, and capable of building trust with patients while supporting practice production goals.


Responsibilities

  • Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
  • Support case acceptance and patient scheduling
  • Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
  • Coordinate patient communication and follow-up
  • Manage scheduling and patient flow
  • Assist with front desk operations and administrative tasks
  • Build strong relationships with patients and team members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and patient support
  • Help improve office efficiency and patient experience


Ideal Candidate

  • Previous dental front office or treatment coordination experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable discussing treatment and financial options with patients
  • Positive, energetic, and team-oriented personality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with insurance verification and dental terminology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales-minded without being overly aggressive
