Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling efficiently to optimize provider productivity and patient flow.
- Handle insurance verification, claims processing, and correspondence (including refund checks and documentation).
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, vendors, and team members.
- Support clinical workflow by maintaining accurate records and coordinating treatment appointments.
- Uphold the practice’s high standards of customer service and patient experience.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to continuous process improvements.
