We are seeking a driven, patient-focused Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join one of the leading oral surgery groups in Michigan, currently operating 6 locations with 8 surgeons and expanding rapidly.
With another major acquisition underway (adding 4 additional surgeons), this is a rare opportunity to step into a high-demand, high-production environment with immediate volume, strong referral networks, and long-term leadership potential.
This is not a “build-from-scratch” role. This is a walk-in-and-produce opportunity with the infrastructure, team, and reputation already in place.

Clinical Scope
You will perform a broad scope of procedures, including:
- Extractions
- Dental implants (single + full arch)
- Third molar extractions
- IV sedation / general anesthesia
- Pathology
- Trauma cases
Schedule & Workflow
- 4–5 days per week
- Surgery-heavy mornings / consults in the afternoon
- Open scheduling model
- High-efficiency patient flow with strong support staff
Compensation & Benefits
- 35% of collections
- Draw structure in place
- Realistic earnings: $600K – $1M+ annually
